Guarantee: We stand 100% behind everything we sell you. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, let us know. If we cannot satisfy you, we will accept back all items sold to you (except custom-made-to-order items) and give you a 100% store credit or refund.
Minimum Order
There is no minimum order, no minimum invoice. We'll help you on any size order.
Integrated Ordering, Real-Time Inventory and day-definite shipping: Our ERP system is designed to give you accurate stock conditions, lead times for back orders, and online updates on shipping status — all in real-time.
Shipping and Delivery
Most orders are shipped the same day the order is received, except in the rare instance that we are out of stock, or when an item is to be custom-made. We ship UPS only domestically. We use UPS, FedEx and DHL for international shipments. Large items or quantity orders may ship by truck.

Easy Returns Policy
If you order the wrong part or we err in shipment, you can return the order within 30 days of purchase and pay no restocking charge. This "no fault return" policy demonstrates our commitment to service.
Customer pays freight both ways for parts returned due to customer error.
Any change or alterations of parts voids the warranty.
Returns apply only to standard stock National Gym Supply inventory items.
How to return an order
Call us at 800-496-7278 for a Return Authorization Number.
Carefully package up the parts to avoid damage during return and arrange for shipping. (No refunds for damaged parts.)
Be sure the parts arrive within 30 days of the date of the invoice for no restocking fee.
Custom Orders: Items custom-made to your exact specifications require a 50% deposit with order and are not returnable.

Terms
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Net terms may be established a the sole discretion of National Gym Supply. To request Net 30 terms, contact us and request our credit application. C.O.D. is also available in some cases of orders less than $1,000..
Past due accounts
A finance charge of 1 1/2% per month will be computed and added to all past due accounts. Annual percentage rate is 18% but in no event higher than the maximum allowed by law.
